Southern Comfort

Southern Comfort

We’re always glad to see familiar faces. It not only gives us comfort that what we’re doing is prompting customers to return time and time again, but it also gives us the chance to develop a good rapport with our customer base. The happier they are, the happier we are; we hold this mantra close, and we intend to stand by it for as long as our doors are open.

Some customers even go to great lengths to return to Fluid. Just today, we had a couple bring up their son’s immaculate BMW 750il from Peoria (~3 hours to the south) for an oil change. Naturally, we had to do a small photoshoot. This car’s condition is damn near perfect — it’s obvious that the customer cares about this car, and we do our best to showcase that. The paint remains shiny, wheels unobstructed by brake dust and emblems as smooth as the day they came from the factory. The interior is just as clean; the wood trim looks like they just took it off the tree, and the leather retains its light hue despite the strong sunlight of the Midwest. Even the factory car phone looks like a brand new piece of technology in this Bimmer. The engine bay is more of the same when it comes to the amount of attention paid to this vehicle.

Overall, it’s just a beautiful example of this generation of 7 series. Take a look and see for yourself:

This is my son’s car. And the most trustworthy people in world do the service on it.. From the first time I took it up there I knew they loved the car as much as my son does. Since my son is unmarried and I have no grandchildren I tease him quite unmercifully about having a grandcar to babysit instead of grandchildren. He lives out of the country, so this is my babysitting job. Fluid Motor Union makes that job quite a bit easier.

I’m the owner of this car. I currently reside in Taipei, Taiwan and unfortunately the car stays in the U.S. taken care of by my parents. By chance, one day when I needed something repaired on the vehicle, we stumbled across Fluid Motor Union. I have to say it was one of the luckiest things that has happened. This team has been great and they truly care about the vehicles they work on. I love my 750iL and will never get rid of this car, especially knowing that I have a team like this behind me to help if something does go wrong. And this is the reason that it gets driven 3 hours to them and only them even for something as simple as an oil change. They are knowledgeable and they care. And neither I nor my parents can say enough good things about the service they provide us.

Don’t believe us…try them out for yourself and you’ll soon be a believer.
