Submit Your Footage!

At Fluid MotorUnion, we know that not everyone who reaches out is in a position to become a customer—whether that’s due to distance, budget, or other reasons. If you’re one of those enthusiasts looking for some complimentary guidance, feedback, or just want to share your project with like-minded gearheads, you’re in the right place.

We love seeing what our extended community is working on. Whether you’re showing off your build, documenting a mechanical issue, or just want to be part of the conversation, your photos and videos help us stay connected to the wider automotive world outside our shop walls.

That said, our top priority remains serving the customers who trust us with their vehicles in person. To keep things running smoothly while still making time for the broader community, we’ve created this submission guide just for non-customers.

It’s a few simple tips to make sure your content is usable and your questions have the best chance of being seen, featured, or answered. Following these steps helps us help you—without pulling focus from the cars currently in our care.

1. Film the right way

  • Shoot in 16:9 (landscape), not 9:16 (vertical).
  • Make sure no music is playing in the background — copyright rules keep us from using it.
  • Speak clearly and describe what’s happening with your car so we know what to highlight.
  • HOLD THE CAMERA STEADY, IF YOU TURN THE CAMERA WHILE FILMING DO IT SLOWLY.

2. Upload video to YouTube

  • Combine all your clips into a single YouTube video.
  • Set it to Public or Unlisted (do not set to Private).

3. Send us your media

  • Cut and paste your YouTube video in the form at the bottom of this page.
  • If you have photos, upload them to a GoogleDrive and include the link in the form below.
  • Include any questions or comments with the links.

4. Wait for review

  • We review submissions in the order they arrive in our Media inbox.
  • If your submission doesn’t meet the requirements above, we won’t be able to use it, and you may not get a response.

We’re pumped to see what you capture and share with us. Your clips and photos keep the FMU story rolling, and we can’t wait to feature more of what our community is up to. Thanks for being part of the ride — now grab that camera and show us what you’ve got!
