Best Lamborghini Urus Exhaust?

Here at Fluid Motor Union we just wrapped up creating a custom Lamborghini Urus Exhaust. Building a Lamborghini Urus Exhaust is a little tricky for a number of reasons. First of all this super truck is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. While turbochargers have a huge potential for building power, they also do a great job of naturally quieting down an exhaust. The Lamborghini Urus exhaust is pretty simple from the factory and consists of only two catalytic converters, one H pipe, and one rear suitcase-style muffler. It also comes with exhaust valves that open and close based on what driving mode you are in.

Coming Up With A Plan

This specific owner wanted a little more of an exotic and unique tone for his vehicle, but he didn’t want to drop $8,000+ on a full system from one of the big-name brands. He also did not want to mess with removing the catalytic converters, as that is not only illegal but also means you would need to get the car tuned to eliminate the check engine light. Tunes for a brand new 2021 Lamborghini Urus are by no means easy or cheap. We settled on a custom rear section. We would remove the factory muffler, add an x-pipe to smooth out the tone and retain the stock valves to help control the drone and make it so that the car could go from silent to violent.

Lamborghini Urus Custom Exhaust Finished Product

Now, this might not be the loudest exhaust out there for the Urus, but it is exactly what our customer was looking for. However, there are always ways to make it quieter or louder. So if that is what you are looking for we can help! A custom exhaust like this adds a unique and individual style to the car. This was not our first rodeo with the Urus, as we have done exhaust work on a few before! That project can be seen here. Needless to say, our experience and expertise can provide a perfect solution for bringing your ideas to life!
