The X-pipe merge has been incorporated into the exhaust for improved flow capacity and to help eliminate of rasp and drone. Moreover, this arrangement also produces a more sonorous sound than conventional designs since it blends both banks together to create an even smooth tone. Furthermore, the megaphone expansion chambers help amplify the sound, while dissipating excess pressure created by combustion in order to reduce backpressure. Finally, the 3.5″ tubing further reduces restriction leading to better overall performance and that unique exotic sound we all love.
