A client brought in his SL55 AMG for some minor tweaks. He wanted a better but not overdone exhaust tone, so to get a little more than the classic AMG growl, we deleted the secondary cats and welded in some straight piping.

After plenty of elbow grease and sweat, drilling and forklifting, expletives and energy drinks, the fabrication garage is complete! Since OJ and Craig returned from the Middle East yesterday, we fulfilled our promise of finishing before they got back, with the last little bits being completed by sunset on Saturday.

Since there's plenty to be done today, and plenty of customers' cars that need parking, some of the project cars are sitting out front, basking in the glow of the early morning, southwestern-suburban sunlight.
