14 Mar No Keller? No Problem!
So Keller is gone for the week. Aside from it being just a bit quieter (read: much quieter) around the service side, we’re still chugging away like usual.
As always, we’re doing tons of things at once. Since we neglected to include this picture last week, here’s a quick shot of both the FMU control arms and the STANCE GR+ coilovers on the Porsche:
Meanwhile, fab’s also hard at work putting together a new intake for the C6 Corvette we’ve done some work on in the past, including a fireball-launching exhaust. We’re trying out a new design unique to Corvette intakes, so we’re hoping for some seriously good and unobstructed airflow. For now, here’s a shot of the bottom half of the airbox, as we are working on the top section currently:
Ten feet to the side of the Corvette, we brought a E60 M5 onto the dyno for a quick baseline, before we tune its ECU later this week. We have a tune that utilizes brand new advances in changing characteristics the E60’s V-10 that nobody else is currently using, so we’re excited to see how the tune turns out:
And finally, we are almost ready to ship the RS6 intakes. While we wait for the packaging to arrive, we’re fashioning a stencil for the box in which the intakes will be shipped. As always, we love showing pictures of the CNC mill in action:
Enjoy your week!
